Biography
Kyle Bryant is a dedicated and experienced Real Estate photographer with years of experience in photographing spaces for commercial uses. With nearly 10 years of experience as a Real Estate Photographer, Kyle’s interest in photography and videography extend even further, dating back to when he was a young teenager.
Today, Kyle is a motivated small-town professional with a results-driven mindset, ever focused on the goals ahead of him and the tasks at hand. For Kyle, his ambition and his unrivaled level of passion for what he does is what truly separates him from others in the industry. In other words, Kyle’s work isn’t simply a job, it’s a lifestyle.
Kyle grew up in the Real Estate industry, and began learning all about the industry from a young age under the guidance of his close uncle, who worked extensively within the industry. After building a deep understanding and an extensive expertise in knowing just how the real estate industry works, Kyle brought his love for photography to the table and began photographing properties.
In no time at all, Kyle began to develop his own approach to real estate photography, along with his own post-processing workflow that allowed him to showcase each property in its best possible light. From there, Kyle branched out into videography, and even emerging technologies like 3D scans and drone services, so that he could provide a new vantage point that could help real estate firms market and advertise their properties.
Currently, Kyle is the owner and operator of SpeedsPhoto, LLC., where he provides photography, videography, Matterport 3D scans and floorplans, and aerial photography and videography services specifically designed for the real estate industry. Each and every day, Kyle remains focused on delivering exceptional services through and through, from his on-site consultations to the delivery of the final group of images or video content.
By paying close attention to detail and by using each property’s surrounding environment as an attractive asset, Kyle offers a visual experience that allows viewers to truly take in the vibes that each property offers, so that they can immerse themselves in a space before physically being in it. Kyle’s clients have placed tremendous value on his approach, and he has built successful partnerships with a number of Real Estate agents due to his dedication, his quality of work, and his professionalism.
Personal Life
Outside of his professional career, Kyle is a proud Dog Dad to his loving dogs, Tucker, Nelson and Axle. In addition, he is an avid photographer, and always enjoys taking Tucker and his camera out for mini-adventures or excursions through the wilderness. A true outdoorsman at heart, Kyle can frequently be found mountain biking, off-roading, snowboarding, riding stand up skis, paddle boarding, or skateboarding when the weather calls for it. And as a passionate photographer, he can always be found with a camera around his neck, hanging on his shoulder, in his bag, or in front of his eyes.
